Prices include setup, technology supervisor on-call through duration of event (during normal business hours), and HDMI connection cords (or other appropriate). Note: Our A/V options rely primarily on HDMI connection. While we strive to have commonly used cords and adapters on-site, we cannot guarantee availability.

A/V technology not available on-site may be sourced through an outside company.
